I played them both... and bought Fifa 11 when it came to the crunch. It felt and played a lot more like football than PES making it my first Fifa purchase since Road To The World Cup 98. Finally it has won me over ;)

I hope Gears 3 isn't glitchy... the last two have had awful online experiences.
Gears of War 3, Reach, Alan Wake - Various downloadable unique titles, player base, functions like cross-game chat to keep you and your friends desperate from the other nerds online, fully functioning A* multiplats like Orange Box, Bayonetta.
And paying £3.50 a month to play online is worth it, if you own both you would see a difference in the two services.
I still prefer my xbox over the PS3, even without pretty hack and slashes and male tomb raiders......
